1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By accessing and using aampublic.in (the "Site") and purchasing from AAM, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Site or make purchases.

AAM reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Site after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

2. USE LICENSE

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use this Site for the purpose of browsing products and making legitimate purchases. You may not:

Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or resell any content or products without written permission
Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to collect information
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Site
Use the Site for commercial purposes outside of purchasing products for personal use
Transmit any viruses, malware, or disruptive code
Harass, threaten, abuse, or defame any person or entity through the Site

Violation of these restrictions will result in immediate termination of access without notice.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION & DESCRIPTIONS

AAM strives for accuracy in product descriptions, sizing information, and imagery. However:

Product colors may vary slightly due to screen displays and photography lighting
Descriptions are provided in good faith but are not guarantees
We reserve the right to correct inaccuracies in product listings
Made-to-order items may have minor variations in print, stitching, or finish—these are inherent to craft production and do not constitute defects

All products shown are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue items or deny orders that we cannot fulfill.

4. PRICING & PAYMENT

Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR)
Prices include GST where applicable
We reserve the right to change prices at any time
Price changes do not affect orders already placed and confirmed

Payment Methods

AAM accepts the following payment methods:

Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
Digital wallets and UPI
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Bank transfers (if arranged directly)

Payment Processing

Payment is processed at the time of order placement
For failed transactions, your card/payment method will not be charged
All financial transactions are encrypted and secure
AAM does not store your complete card information

GST & Taxes

Prices include applicable GST
Business customers may provide GST registration numbers for invoice purposes
We comply with all Indian tax regulations

5. ORDERS & ORDER CONFIRMATION

Placing an Order

By submitting an order, you represent that:

You are 18+ years old (or have parental consent)
All information provided is accurate and complete
You have the legal right to use the payment method provided
You are not placing an order for resale or commercial use without permission

Order Acceptance

Order submission does not guarantee order acceptance
AAM reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or postpone any order
Confirmation emails are generated automatically; order status is confirmed within 24 hours
If we cannot fulfill your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund

Customization & Made-to-Order

All AAM products are made-to-order. This means:

Your item is produced specifically after your order is placed
Production time is 5–7 business days from order confirmation
Customization requests (size, color variations) must be noted at checkout
Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled or modified
Made-to-order items cannot be returned for refund—only exchanged for defects

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping Timeline

Standard delivery: 5–7 business days within India
Shipping begins after order confirmation and production
Weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and vary by location

Shipping Address

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping details
AAM is not liable for delivery failures due to incorrect addresses
We ship to addresses within India only

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided via email
Delays may occur due to carrier issues; we are not responsible for carrier delays
We recommend tracking your shipment and confirming receipt

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss transfers to you once the item is picked up by the carrier
If your item is lost or damaged in transit, see our Returns & Exchanges policy
Report delivery issues within 24 hours of receiving the package

International Shipping

We currently do not ship outside of India. If this changes, we will update this policy.

7. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

AAM offers exchanges only—no refunds. See our detailed Returns & Exchanges Policy for complete information.

Exchange window: 7 days from delivery
No refunds on any items (exchange-only model)
No returns on final sale items
Manufacturing defects: Free exchange
Fit issues: Free size exchange
Damage in transit: Free replacement

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

AAM Content

All content on the Site—including designs, artwork, photography, text, logos, and graphics—is the property of AAM or its content providers. This content is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use only
Reproduction, distribution, modification, or republication of any content without permission is prohibited
Unauthorized use of AAM's intellectual property may result in legal action

Public Domain Art

AAM uses anatomical illustrations from public domain sources. These illustrations are combined with original design, color, and layout by AAM.

User-Generated Content

If you submit any content to AAM (including photos, reviews, or comments), you grant AAM a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use that content for marketing and promotional purposes.

9. CUSTOMER CONDUCT

You agree not to:

Post or transmit any unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material
Engage in harassment, spam, or unsolicited commercial activity
Impersonate any person or entity
Interfere with or disrupt the Site's functionality
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

AAM reserves the right to remove objectionable content and suspend or terminate access for violations.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

AAM is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
AAM disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
AAM is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
AAM's total liability to you for any claim does not exceed the amount you paid for the order

This disclaimer does not apply to claims involving fraud, willful misconduct, or violations of consumer protection laws.

11. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AAM, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

Your use of the Site
Your violation of these Terms of Service
Your infringement of any third-party rights
Any content you submit or upload

12. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (payment gateways, social media, etc.). AAM is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of these sites. Use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms and conditions.

13. PRIVACY & DATA

Your use of the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you consent to our collection and use of personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

14. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & GOVERNING LAW

Governing Law

These Terms of Service and all related policies are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Jurisdiction

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising from these terms or your use of the Site shall be exclusively brought in the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. You consent to the jurisdiction and venue of these courts.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute:

Contact AAM at support@aampublic.in with details and documentation
AAM will attempt to resolve the dispute within 14 days
If unresolved, either party may pursue legal remedies

Consumer Protection

Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under applicable Indian consumer protection laws. In the event of conflict between these terms and consumer protection laws, consumer protection laws prevail.

17. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy and Returns & Exchanges Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AAM regarding your use of the Site and purchase of products. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
