SHIPPING POLICY

TIMELINE

Each AAM piece is made-to-order, so here's what to expect:

  • Production: 24-48 hours from order confirmation
  • Dispatch: Within 48 hours of order confirmation
  • Delivery: 4-6 business days (varies by location)
  • Total: 5-8 business days from order placement

DELIVERY COVERAGE

We ship to all serviceable pin codes across India via reliable courier partners.

Delivery times vary by region:

  • Metro areas (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune): 3-4 business days
  • Tier-2 cities: 4-5 business days
  • Tier-3 & remote areas: 5-6 business days

Times are estimates; actual delivery depends on courier operations.


SHIPPING COST

Shipping is included in your order price. No hidden charges.


TRACKING

Once your order ships, you'll receive:

  • Tracking number via email
  • Real-time tracking link to check status
  • SMS updates (if phone provided)

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Prepaid (card, UPI, wallet):

  • Order dispatches immediately after confirmation
  • No payment at delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD):

  • Pay when your package arrives
  • Available on all serviceable pin codes
  • Courier charges included

ADDRESS

Provide a complete, accurate address at checkout:

  • Building/apartment name and number
  • Street address (detailed, no abbreviations)
  • Correct pin code and phone number

Address changes can be made before dispatch (may incur a ₹50-100 correction fee).


WHAT TO EXPECT

Your order arrives in protective packaging:

  • Secure poly mailer
  • Branded insert (thank you card, etc.)
  • Tissue wrap for presentation
  • Tracking label

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

If package is damaged in transit:

  1. Document damage with photos
  2. Report within 24 hours to support@aampublic.in (include order number + photos)
  3. We'll replace it free of charge

If package is lost:

  1. Report immediately with order number and tracking number
  2. We'll file a claim and replace your order free of charge

NO DELIVERY / RETURN TO ORIGIN

If courier can't deliver (address not found, unavailable):

  • They'll attempt redelivery (2-3 times)
  • If uncollected after 10 days, it returns to us
  • Contact us immediately—we'll reship at no charge

BULK ORDERS

For orders of 5+ items, contact support@aampublic.in for special arrangements.


HOLIDAYS & WEEKENDS

Business days = Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays). Delays may occur during peak seasons and holidays.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship within India only. Email support@aampublic.in for inquiries about international delivery.
